One of my favorite coins, it looks like the 5 is slightly notched, so maybe a RP 5

Those obverse scratches worry me; I'm wondering if it might be ex-mount?

Also a personal fave - agree with @purelywasted that the 5 merits closer attention. Nice strong reverse strike as well. Though the little scratches are a detraction. AU55 details seems reasonable to me.
