Thank you echizento for your reply on the other forum about this coin. I have increased the size of the picture now so hopefully it will be clearer now. My father wondered if anybody would have an idea of its value? Thank you for your assistance.

The coin is Constantine II, These are very common ancient coins and not very valuable. The value is in owning a coin that is almost 1700 years. Constantine II was the oldest son of Constantine The Great.
