I've got one of these from Medeion in Akarnania c.350-300BC
- the same as this but not such good condition.

I'm trying to work out what the letters stand for
ME is obviously Medeion but what is the ΦΙ for?

Well as you see below sometimes the coin says "ΦΙΛΩ / ME". So like the name Philo? This Coin of Medeon issued by Magistrate Philo?

In bronze coins with the name of the coin magistrate ΦΙΛΩ - probably ΦΙΛΩΝ.
