I've noticed this coin a few times in Internet searches but haven't really paid attention to the grade. I just noticed it was MS64RB. I understand giving a bit of a premium to rarer varieties, but this is beyond any rationale to me. Any explanation/opinion would be great. I found 1 recently that was in much better shape. I don't care for PCGS memorial grading personally. I've seen hundreds of AU coins slabbed as MS.

My 88 RDV isn't the best either but I'm happy to even have one. I searched thousands of 88's and never found one. A forum friend sent me this one:
