Ozzy5150 Valued Member United States 117 Posts	Posted 06/19/2022 2:45 pm I've noticed this coin a few times in Internet searches but haven't really paid attention to the grade. I just noticed it was MS64RB. I understand giving a bit of a premium to rarer varieties, but this is beyond any rationale to me. Any explanation/opinion would be great.
