Is that the mint mark? Can you back off on the close-up a little now to get a better reference point of what we are looking at?

Always best to start with full size pics of both sides, then close-ups of the areas that interest you.

Looks like a D mint mark that is filled or flattened from circulation. I do not think it is an RPM.
