gigi I have to give it a grade that I rarely give any coin ; AU-50 . No real issues just a bit circulated .

I would go with VF-35 (according to NGC, VF-35 Complete details with wear on all of the high points.)
This CENT does not even present any steps on the memorial.

When somebody calls a coin a 'spender' it usually means it is worth only face value (1 cent). I have to agree with that assessment too.
