Appears that the word cents is doubled on this coin. The reverse image of cents can be seen running down approximately 90 degrees from the regular one. It is to the left.

I also see a 2010 date at the bottom of the coin. The 2 is partially obscured by some die chips or blobs of what appears to be metal! Can't figure out how this would happen.

Your right, it couldn't happen during the striking of the coin.
That means it has to be some sort of PMD, probably intentional.

How could the extra date be there
25 cents is doubled as well as the second A in Canada. When you magnify it you can see lots of things going on

This could not have happened at the mint.
A 2010 coin was glued to yours, they were separated and you got one half.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
