Found this one in a bank roll. The line to the rim is telling me this is a cracked die. What do you think ?

On the Observe I see an small clad problem and on the Reverse on L an small die crack.

yes, that is a very nice die crack, or a die gouge? Not seeing the crack in top of the L, just before it and after it..
