Definitely PL, or I suppose it could be a specimen. I struggle with the difference.

For grade it's hard with the lighting. The obverse looks really nicked up, I think it would be impaired PL, not sure how they grade impaired pl coins but couldn't see this being above pl62(or specimen)

doesn't look like a PL to me based on the second picture showing scuffs and scratches.
Or an impaired PL as Wrekkd mentions

I didn't know there were PL's for 1952 until noticing on C&C website. Had it marked as MS-62, but like PL better. $13 Cdn. in 2017 on ebay, so ends up being a good deal.

Not PL, wrong dies and too much cameo. 52 PL and SP quarters didn't come with much cameo and ones with very deep fields are rare.
You have a gorgeous MS coin that is rare in its own right when considering the lovely contrast.
