Doubled Die? 1976 Mt. Rushmore 200 Year Anniversary Medal

This one looks to me to be a doubled die, both obverse and reverse. Not double strike or Machine Doubling, because there are at least three examples with identical "doubling." I just received one, have another on order, and there is a third one still for sale on ebay. I'm thinking maybe the whole run has doubling, like the 1946-S half dollar.

Note that the "doubling" on the reverse is on the AM in AMERICA, final close-up photo.

Definitely doubled, but not really adding any value as no one is collecting doubled die medals. The conditions this was made in probably did not warrant caring about getting the dies perfectly engraved.
