What would you grade this one? Sellers photo, I'm hoping the black gunk comes off with Acetone. A $10 gamble.

AU50, but the top of the obverse is concerning. Not sure if it is gunk, or something else.

I really don't think that junk will be removed with acetone . EF-45 possible details . Looks like a small die break on reverse at 9:00 .
