I was looking this up and there is a lot of different options. Is this worth getting it graded?

Not worth getting graded. Isn't worth much over face value.
The steps have to be full to have a premium.

Pretty much a spender, I'm afraid.
Rest in Peace

Oh boy , you need to do some homework. First of all, you have a common circulated Nickel . For a full step designation you need at least 5 uninterrupted steps . 6 of cause and uncirculated would be a killer Jefferson I don't see that on this coin .

Just a well circulated nickel. And no, not worth grading. Spend it and keep searching!
