Really nice and original surfaces, scratches to the right of bust obviously are unfortunate. (The hairline under bust and light hairlines on the reverse aren't very visible in hand, the sunlight makes it look a lot worse.)

VF30/35 Details, obv scratches. Shame about the scratches, sans those, it's a great looking example.

I'll concur with the majority and say that the coin would be graded VF-30 details.

No remaining luster, all devices have flat spots from wear, and typical weak strike. VF-25 Details, the scratches are a killer for me.
