Use a loupe under less light and I think you'll see that you are getting glare from the microscope lighting plus I see some MD as well

In order for a coin to be worth the grading fees,it need to have a higher retail value after grading than it cost you to have it graded.

Looks to be 63/64 at best.

White carbonate haze on obverse, VC could completely remove it.
