Hello,

Is that an error on the reverse side underneath and left of "5" ?
What's the error type if it is an error?

I can make a Photoshop overlay for the coin to show about where clash marks would be found, if you'd like. What is the alignment of the reverse to the obverse? Coin alignment or Medallic alignment ?

The coin has a "coin alignment" i.e. opposite to the American "normal".

And what we're seeing here is "ghosting". It's a very minor effect, not really considered a "mint error" as it tends to appear on many coins of the same design. It doesn't usually attract any kind of collector premium.
