to the CCF Sorry but can't tell anything from those photos. You can remove the coins as that is an aftermarket display and adds nothing to the value. Colour change is usually from environmental toning, not an error and adds no value. Take a clear photo of the quarter and someone will be able to tell you if it is a large bust or not.

Unfortunately, this is probably one of those solid blocks of acrylic glass that were fashionable as tourist souvenirs in Canada in the 1960s and 1970s. It is not an official mint set so is not worth anything to a collector; indeed, since it is so difficult to extract the coins without damaging them and the glass brick is too bulky and heavy to store properly with a coin collection, most collectors generally won't want anything to do with it.
The souvenir-makers generally didn't use proof coins, they used whatever coins they could fish out of change at the time the item was made. Sometimes, they polished the coins first.
Whatever "errors" you are seeing could well be caused by the embedding-in-plastic process, rather than actual mint errors on the coins. But there's no way to tell, with these pictures.
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis

Jimmy D said to take a clear pic of quarter to see if it's large bust but it's trails up and the bottom is solid black

You will have to show the Obverse side of 25 cent coin to tell if large bust and you will need a good close up picture of the rim area
