Introductory Note: I have posted about many different aspects of the history of US commemorative coins here in the US Commemoratives area of CCF, most with "Commems Collection" in their title to enable automatic inclusion on the "Commems Collection" list created by Bobby. I discovered one of these as well as other small gold coins with some jewelry my grandmother had. After I showed her the value listed in an old blue book price guide she sold it to a local coin store but she gave me a 1853 gold dollar for my 10th birthday.

Excellent indexes @commems.

Your contributions at the CCF have created a legacy of material for future generations - and I hope you continue to add to it for a long time!
