Since you all love them so much, here is another one of my Hubba Bubba classics for you all.

$1 2022 - Y is for Yarra Valley, a beautiful valley outside Melbourne known for its beautiful red and white wines. I have been on a "tasting" tour there.

I found out about the Undara lava tubes, they are near Cairns in the Atherton highlands and very scenic and beautiful.

I had no idea about the J for Jumbuck and JBuck, I uploaded that coin as its a striking image and being a Kiwi, the Australians are known to make jokes about our so called relationships with these animals based on our high population in them.

The number is now only 21 million sheep compared to 80 million back in 1957.

My next coins will be for 2021.

It just dawned on me. Jumbuck - J - UM - BUCK.

I am a bright boy, but can be slow and things have to be as obvious as the above.

Now I will just post coins and no more silly pictures.

Lets drive on back to 2021 with a big red car - CHUGGA CHUGGA

Big Red Car 1

Big Red Car 2

Obverse

These 2 $1 coins were part of the Wiggles set released late in 2021. they are an Iconic Australian kids program, where 4 people in primary colour clothes teach preschoolers basic literacy and sing cute songs with animal characters.

The set had 4 $2 coins with coloured rings that circulated and these two plain $1 coins were NCLT and found in the sets only.

Yes its a bubblegum start to the year. Better coins are coming. Us Redcoats have opened the year.

New country time - Germany!

Climate Zones of the Earth - Polar Zone

5 different mints were issued with all 5 types shown here - you can see the different colours for each mint! The designs remained the same, each ring is a different shade of purplish/pink.

The Reverse shows the German eagle.

There were 6 of these coins and they were issued each year 2016 to 2021. You will see all of them eventually!
