A Friend Gave Me This Coin Just Before He Passed, I Haven't Been Able To Identify It.

The quattrino struck between 1470s and 1506 appears to be the only type with the large P obverse and legend SANTVS ERCVLANUS (according to CNI). Found in Virginia?
