I can't remember for certain where I got it - probably from a local coin shop that sometimes gets interesting coins like this. When they turn up (which isn't all that often), they aren't as horribly expensive as one may think. If I remember correctly, this one was under $200 when I bought it about ten years ago.

I have a coin similar to Sap's coin; it is from the crusader state of Antioch (Sap mentioned this). The ruins of the city of Antioch (the capital of the crusader state) are in modern-day Turkey.

KLD: As Heather said, it's from the Principality of Antioch, now in the Lebanon/Turkey/Syria border area, centred on the city of Antioch in what is now southern Turkey.

The Wikipedia article on the Kingdom of Jerusalem has a map of the five "Crusader States" in the middle east. From south to north, they were: Kingdom of Jerusalem, County of Tripoli, Principality of Antioch, County of Edessa and the allied Kingdom of Armenia. They all issued their own coins at one time or another.
