I'm not saying this is a certain set. Only that the finish is different I was asking why. And the ones I added are of the same nickle at the bottom of each picture. The other coin is the sms and business strike which are at the top.

@Coolmobd: I am sorry I can not show you in person different planchets or blanks. No one was find with this kind of marks. After strike in time those coins in nickel, could develop many strange surface forms caused by many factors. Me I understand you very well, and not blame you for the curiosity. It is normal. The Nickel is very nice metal, the thing it is react unpredictable. Example: At 100 deg, will not melt or change the color, but due to his structural form (dual pyramidal) can change the plan surfaces.
