I found this penny and the reverse is blank and it only weighs 1.9g is this considered an error

On quick glance, this uniface coin appears most likely to not be from the mint and a machined piece. https://coinquest.com/cgi-bin/cq/co...l?coin=20187 and https://coins.thefuntimesguide.com/...error-coins/ for more info however.
