Would this be an 1858/7 ?

Image is too unclear to see any remains of a 7 around the date (or much else), but the weakness at the wing tip seems to be there. Also, a lamination on the reverse.

Give us a sharp closeup of the date AND the field well above the date.

Can't say much, too hard to tell if the diagnostics are there. Try asking the seller for better photos.

This is not the Snow-1. The right side of the reverse on snow-1's are usually very weakly struck, even on UNC examples. The right side of your reverse is actually stronger than the left.

Also, AMERICA is usually weakly struck as well along the bottom side of the devices, unlike your coin which has a strong AMERICA.

Additionally, I see no misplaced digit in the field above the date or anything on the 8 to make me think it's an 8/7.

The biggest marker that confirms to me that it is absolutely not an overdate is that this is the reverse low leaves variety. The overdate always has high leaves, so the die marriage is not a match. Low leaves is still a collectible variety though, listed as FS-901.

Keep hunting! I hope you find one. .
