My one concern is that they may feel it's not quite cameo enough for a bean, I know they're tough on CAM designations. As far as surface preservation goes though, this one is fantastic. Like I said, there's only two or three very very small specks on the obverse of the coin, I believe it's well deserving of a 68. The brilliance of it is also spectacular. I very rarely see proof V-Nickels with super bright luster like this one. Most are washed out and cloudy.
If it doesn't get a bean I'll likely cross it to PCGS and hope they agree with the 68CAM grade.
