Hello all; I was doing more coin searching and found this oddball.
It a 1945 no mint mark coin. It is half silver colored and half copper. It weighs 3.1g.
Is this a mint error, or was someone messing with this coin, and how can I tell the difference?

Maybe a high school plating experiment that didn't work.
Whatever it is, it damage, not an error.
