Given the obverse marks and discolored areas, I'd guess this is not a grading candidate.

Unless it grades a High MS, these cents you are posting
are not worth much more than face value.
They do make a good album filler though.

I agree with AU-55. Just a spender.

Not worth the grading expense...you can always put a coin you like into a flip, 2x2 or an album until a better one comes along.

You can grade most any coin just by paying the fees https://www.ngccoin.com/submit/services-fees/ngc/ , the question is why are you wanting to grade? If the value shown in the price guide https://www.ngccoin.com/price-guide/united-states/ for the potential grade it may be given is higher than the costs to grade and you wish to sell a coin thats one possible reason to grade a coin. Since many modern coins only have value in the difficult to find highest grade(s), then its likely that you would not generally be wise to send many of those off. since they are unlikely .to come back in those highest grades. Grading is mostly to identify the condition of a coin and also in some cases to prove a coin is authentic (not fake) or recognize a variety or error. For example on NGC site they have varietyplus section which is a comprehensive guide of NGC-recognized varieties if you sent it in to NGC for grading a variety they would identify. Anacs is another grading service that identifies other errors, but there are always costs involved with grading so its always important to understand a potential value vs the costs of grading and some coins and errors have value without grading (and are too low value to grade) and are sold 'raw' without grading.

and will add that to find a modern coin in circulation or pretty much any coin that has enough value to warrant grading is very rare. there are some but you may have to go through 1000's of coins to find one. almost all you will find in circulation will be AU. so I suggest going to the numismedia site, look up the coin and see what grade it needs to hit to make it worthwhile. as previously stated, most need to be MS67. you are not going to find an MS67 in circulation.
