OBV VF20 reverse will hold it to F15. I cant tell if the black lines are on the coin or maybe hairs under the holder. the second obv photo only shows one line. remove coins from holder prior to photographing as this would make the difference between a straight graded coin and a detail scratched coin.

This is also the date to check for one of the blundered dates where the date was punched literally upside down then corrected. It is a tad too hard to see if that variety is on yours unless we can see the date more clearly. As to grade, F-15ish to my eyes.
