The fingerprint hurts the appearance but shouldn't affect the grade.

The red designation would depend on where you send it. PCGS is, unlike their policy on other grading related matters, pretty tough when it comes to R/RB/ brown distinctions. Conversely, ICCS is a little lenient. Not sure about NGS....
