This is Kushanshah's area. But I did spot, in Valentine, a fals/burbe of Mustafa III from Tunis that reminds me of it. Led to a quick web search. These are at least similar. Perhaps in the ballpark?

The OP's coin is definitely Tunisia; the mint-name is "Tunis", just like on the Numista coin. And the date seems to be within the range, too (though the last digit is illegible).
