Tuff call for a grade on this one. NGC might well call it mint state. Comparing your piece against NGC specimens found online, most others demonstrate center strike weakness. IMHO, you've got a good shot at MS-63 or 64, methinks.

While this is a fairly common NY City issue, it combines a cool pictorial with a pacifist "Live & Let Live" reverse die. There were major riots back then in NY City, protesting the Civil War. So-called "copperheads" who favored Democrat George McClellan wanted to see slavery be a state's choice. Fortunately, McClellan lost his bid to unseat Lincoln.

If this $123 coin is uncirculated as the seller alleges, it has to be a very weak strike compared to mine.
