What would you grade this. This coin has a more golden color to it when not right under a light like my pictures. I'm just asking for a grade and if you think its cleaned or anything distracting.

I'm no expert but I would say it's in the EF range. I like the look of it and would be elated to have one like it. By coincidence, it happens to be the year my father was born. A great example in my opinion. It does not look cleaned to me

I'll say AU-55, perhaps 58. Spotting detracts.

AU coin, straight grade.

Looks AU-55 to me only due to lack of luster. Razor sharp strike.

I'm not a die expert but it looks like mismatched dies. the obv die looks like its been around for while and looks like the area around the feathers have been polished out. I'm not seeing many marks on the obverse. the reverse strike looks strong with a few small marks on the shoulder and thats about it. I like the coin overall

this series is one of the more difficult ones to grade due to all the die issues and polishing that went on. this is one series you need to be careful putting out high $$ unless they are slabbed or you know what occurred each year

I'm at MS64. nice photos

I'll say high AU, probably AU-58. If there isn't any wear, then MS-63 would seem about right.

I'm at the lower end of AU58 on this one. Well struck, sharp strike. Clashing noticeable on the obverse at the neck and jawline as well as around the eye Into the temple (a clash known as the "masked Indian"). There are several DDO's for this year, one DDR, and a few abraded varieties. No present on this one that I can tell. Nice example, spotting detracts for me, but I do like the strike!
