Very few marks on the coin, but subdued luster will hold it back IMO. MS63, MS64 tops

Edit: grammar

I'll say MS-64. No need to wait a week, most everyone will reply in 72 hours.

I'm at MS-64. As @Ty2020b noted, the luster is subdued, likely preventing it from being a gem coin.
Rest in Peace

I am thinking MS-64 on this, as others have mentioned I think the luster holds it back but it looks relatively free from dings and with nice luster could see this a point or 2 higher.

wow, check out those feathers! these babies have been all but polished off. not sure about the luster as it could be the photos but i'll say its subdued as previously stated. that along with the several hits on the shoulder will hold it to MS64. I think TPG's have a hard time with these. it really takes specific knowledge of each year and mint as well as dies used. I'm not 100% convinced they get that deep

i see a difference in luster between the original photos and the slab. I'm betting the luster is there and the lighting in the original post is making it look flat. the coin is MS64. I dont think those hits on the shoulder are enough to knock it a full point. I'm thinking NGC may have knocked for those

the lighting can make a difference and hide the luster. I used a usb ring light on low for the first photos and a bright light to take the photo today.

the only thing you need to watch with the bright light is shadowing. so if you're using that then I would post two angles of both sides. one flat and one slightly tilted or a little rotated to remove the shadowing
