Wondering if this is a full serif T and check out the o in Victoria . Looks like a straight line on the bottom. Not sure if it's damaged or came from mint that way.
As you can see there no damage around the area

I don't think that it's a full-serif T. For a full-serif T, both feet of the serif should be the same, or almost so. Your left foot is very narrow. There were 3 dies used for the full serif , either CanA with A doubled, The last A in Gratis doubled, or neither A doubled. The left foot of the serif gradually broke of, starting with narrowing, then shortening, the short and weak and then nothing. I think that the O is a damage without seeing it in hand.
