kanga Pillar of the Community United States 5825 Posts	Posted 09/10/2022 10:13 pm Strong strike; all the ribs on the "III" are well defined. A few smallish nicks on the jaw. Slight disruption on the 5. Clashed dies. On that basis I could see it making a 65. Not a full strike. Weak areas in the hair. The bow knot and some of the adjacent leaves show a slight weakness also. So now I'm down to a 64/65. The most annoying thing to me is the spotty surfaces (I call that a "sneeze" coin). I do like to see solid verticles on the III your slab photo looks like the obv has some PVC from K1-K4 at the rim. if thats there it probably should have been removed before slabbing Report this Post to the Staff
