My guess is it will look better in hand than these photos show.

It looks like the seller provided two sets of photos. These are marginally better, and at least it looks uncirculated with some luster. Because of the hit on the eagle breast and the chatter on the face, I'd guess MS-63. There is also a halo effect around the lower stars that raises the possibility of a past cleaning.

goes to show you how assessing from photos is not accurate
still too much light in the second set so I'm unsure if it was dipped or if all the luster is still there and what the cheek really looks like. may be MS63. in hand photos will tell the tale

Not sure who in their right mind would buy coins with these types of photos, it's your own fault.

It's actually not too bad given the original pics. Clearly not PL, and the gash on the eagle hurts, but it still might make MS-63.

Actually quite nice particularly given how deceptive the seller photos seemed. I'd say MS-64 too.
