A lot of the time, photos pick up the littlest marks and make the coin look worse than it is. I've seen TPG holders where this has been accepted and straight graded and others where it details the grade. I'll say VF-35 on this with the chance of details grade. Report this Post to the Staff

Your particular example exhibits evidence of cleaning, as seen by the unusually white surfaces and the scattered hairlines. I give this coin a net VF-30. Suffering from bust half fever.
