Does anyone have any idea what or where this token is from? It is either copper or bronze, 16mm dia., 2.5 grams.

They were used pretty much everywhere in the English-speaking world; the apothecary weight standard remained officially defined in the United States up to 1971.

These "J.L.B." ones were apparently mass produced and often distributed with household medicinal kits.
