Hi ev1. I'm new to coin collecting and I finally started going through the cans of coins we have saved over the years. I found two of these 1970-D pennies that look doubled on the back. Maybe it's doubled or some other anomaly. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

welcome, good eye and nice photos

your cents exhibit Machine Doubling, which is all too common and has no premium

keep searching, there's lots of interesting stuff out there, and don't be frustrated if at first you have trouble telling the difference between Machine Doubling and a doubled die, it took me hundreds of examples before I got comfortable distinguishing those two

I agree with MD. Please do not post photos of your scopes monitor screen, use a memory card in the scope.
