There is a pretty noticeable denticle mark from another coin's edge at the M in UNUM and another mark below PL in PLURIBUS

new photos I think the reverse might be strong enough pull a 64 but the obverse imo is closer to MS63.

@paralyse, I was thinking it might have been PL when I first posted. So now, with additional images, asking if this coin is truly PL. First 2 photos are taken with a black foreground, surrounding the camera lens, shot at 7 1/2" distance from the coin, natural morning light, positioned in front of a window. The 3rd image below, showing reverse, is evening light, same window, same setup except, LED lighting under the camara lens, shot 4" from the coin, which helped generate the darker blue background.
So now, the question is; could it be graded as PL by TPG, or does the Obverse hold it back?

looks like it could pull a PL designation. its always difficult using photos without any depth of field comparison

PL is degree of cameo contrast
I think reverse is fully PL, obverse doesn't quite get there
