Hi All,

Is this a strike though grease of PMD? Also, what is going on with the cracks?

Cheers

The area by the date does look like struck thru grease. The lines radiating from the devices might be a result of worn dies but I would like someone else to chime in on that. Note you have doubling in the A on Canada.

I think all the cracks are from crappy plating job. They had just started using that multiple-plated process and I don't think that they had it down right. Without the coin in hand, I can't tell you about the large spot.
