The only wear I see is above the horn and I'm not sure if that's a wear or just the light messing with the view. If it's a wear I would go with AU58. If it's just the light messing with the photo and no wear above the horn then I really think it would qualify the coin as MS.

I can see anywhere from AU58-MS63. I'll say ANACS called it MS63

maybe the glare is hiding the surfaces. I cant see this one at 55. at worst AU58. I think whomever graded this is not proficient in grading buffs.
