I'm at VF-30. As to whether or not the coin is cleaned, I wouldn't be shocked either way. It may just be the lighting, but I'm going to lean towards the coin having been cleaned in the past.

the sharpness of the high points say VF35. probably net VF30

probably closer to a $120 coin at full retail. most 30's are averaging $100. a 35 is not much more than that

Partial cleaning on both sides detracts. Not a fan.
