This one has dots all over it. If this coin was worth more I would send it to NCS to see if they could remove them. I guess this is one of my ugly coins but it holds a spot in my year set...for now

NGC is better than NCS and PCGS is better than NGC...IMHO.

Meh. I'll say MS-63 as it stands. Conservation might be a good option.

What is the cost of NCS + re slabbing + shipping and handling both ways + what you paid for the coin in the first place?

I've seen several buffs with these spots and they didnt seem to affect grade. i'd leave it be unless you think its undergraded. I think its close to MS64

A few light hairlines, subdued luster, and the spots keep this to no higher than MS63 IMO. Not enough contact marks to warrant MS62, but wouldn't be surprised if they gave it that based on the previously mentioned detractors.
