Exactly.....however this is not the reason for the "premium" that I would be looking for or pay extra for or continue to save my rolls for. Looking for potential errors in unsearched unciculated bank rolls is the wrong reason to be interested in "unopened rolls". More so, the "condition" or even some who like the "US Mint paper wrapper" as the reason to collect a roll and have it for whatever that value might attain. To go from untouched hands right into an album or folder should be the main reason.
But with the Presidential dollars.....most of them will be uncirculated anyway so...........might not be worth it.....or it might be twenty years from now.......especially after they've done away with the paper dollar and THEN EVERYONE BEGINS TO CIRCULATE THEIR DOLLAR COINS !!............
That might be reason enough to save these rolls and KEEP them unopened.......but yeah......NOT as a selling point to "look for errors"......IMHO
