Is this error coin?
In the first photo the upper is a normal one,the lower is from my coin. Looks like it have an extra layer of ground under the animals.
What do you think?

Looks like Machine Doubling, not considered an error.
Notice how the device is reduced and the step like appearance of the " extra ground".
