I will try to keep this as short as possible.
I am trying to fill holes in the ATB Album. Scarce on D MM in my neck of the woods. So I purchased some from a well known online dealer I use often. My order consisted of strictly UNC coins
Got the delivery. To my dismay,I received 3 coins of the 2 dozen not on my order. 2013-S White Mountain,NH. 2013-S Great Basin, 2013-S Perry's Victory. Each one packaged as PROOF! I looked at them and they were not proof strikes. I did not order S coins. So I check Red Book. No proof strikes these years. Only NIFC S mint. All under 2 million mintage.
I never knew about these.
I was inadvertently sent 3 NIFC ATB coins for $2 a pop.
Did someone mess up?
There were no Proof strikes in this series.
Looking forward to jeering from those in the know.

Mintages below 2 million across the board.
Hopefully someone can fill me in on this. New to me.

@Dowhat The USM produced the ATB S mint quarters in proof, silver proof and the uncirculated. The USM sold the S mint uncirculated in rolls beginning in 2012. Most had mintages between 800,000 and 1,400,000. There were also S mint ATB Quarters in silver reverse proof in 2018 and enhanced uncirculated in 2017. An S mint will occaisionally pop up in circulation as some were spent by those who ordered rolls and went through them.

For the ATB there were also the W mint in 2019 and 2020. And if there is a design you really like 5 oz silver in bullion and P mint uncirculated.
