Looks like N-19 by date position and has some swelling near wreath in the right places on reverse. Does not have crumbling that I can see inside N on the ONE. Used to be low R-5 but I think its high R-4 now. Few small rim bumps but not terrible for under $20. Looks like higher VF to XF sharpness to me. https://www.ebay.com/itm/354354688230

Glad you got this one! Had it on my watch list and missed the auction, glad I didn't run up the price for a you. Have it at VF35, EAC VF25, net VF20 for rim bumps.
