What caught me right away was the MAD, with devices falling off the one side. But a quick look also showed it has a tilted partial collar. If the bag was from a shop, someone else was kind enough to do the searching and "bundle" it for you to find. Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups. If you can get a dealer to throw all their scrap face value coins in a bag and just buy them off so they don't have to take them to the bank then you have a pretty rich environment for minor error coins, counterstamps, colorized coins and the like.
