This coin is difficult lol, it has toning over the entire coin which imo is nice and it even has faint rainbow rim toning around the reverse edges. the coin also has little to no noticeable dings! it has some roughness on the higher areas on the obverse which from what ive seen is normal but there is only really one noticeable bag mark on the obverse on the ribbon and just some faint hairlines. now for the reverse there is some bag marks. but again due to the toning I doubt you guys can give me much. also its already been acetone dipped for around 2 days, it was worse lol. I was thinking it would grade 64-65, ive looked at other 64 dollars in MS65 ICCS flips that look very similar to mine.

I see what appears to be wear in the hair below the ribbon and below the neck on the shoulder or it could just be a weak strike. I don't think 64. I'm not sure it's even MS unless seen in hand is different than the photo. I'm a novice at best on MS coins, especially silver.

Pretty sure it's just a soft strike as I see that most dollars are softly struck. But I am no expert at all lol, that's why I ask for opinions!!

I agree with okiecoiner, it does look worn, and the luster appears broken on the obverse.
