I retired in 2018 and have picked up here in 2022 where I left off for a brief stint in 2008-10 and me and Dad in the 70's. We collected proof sets together so I decided to continue collecting modern proof coins, all denominations, breaking them out of our sets and placing in Lighthouse Quadrum square capsules and binders. I plan on purchasing old sets I'm missing to fill the gaps and collection holes....then start working back in time each denomination accumulating classic proofs. "Key dates only" are a new thing since I'm too old (62) to start putting $ in business strike sets...I'll finish those started from childhood. Keys are a good place to park limited $. Keys and modern/classic proofs...sure feel Dad would approve. Glad to be here. Report this Post to the Staff
